Said they could squeeze me in. Once I got there the lady told me they might not have time for me, got into the room for five minutes and then they came in and told me if I wanted to see the doctor I'd have to wait around for a couple hours. One of the ladies at the front desk was pretty rude and talked about me like I wasn't right there. Also, nobody even apologized for any inconvenience.
Dr Yanus has been our go to for all our animals over the past 15 years!!! Our pup emee got hit by a car years ago and he stayed at the Vet with her for 2 days and rebuilt her hip and saved her life!
He is always sure to explain EVERYTHING to you so you understand exactly what is happening and why! To me that is great because our animals are our FAMILY and we should be in the loop.
He also has pitbulls and he understands how big of babies they are so our pitty absolutely loves going to see the DR! Dr. Yanus always keeps him healthy! :)
