They try to sell smelly, bloody and discolored meat for half price alot. Also if it's past 5pm the meat cutter stands there while the younger guys do all the work. The fish is never fresh either and all the meat staff seem to hate their jobs.

This Hannaford is at the bottom of my list of places to grocery shop. Very expensive and the cashiers 9 times out of 10 are so rude. On the plus side typically their produce is very fresh & the store is always very clean.
EXCELLENT customer service! I arrived at the deli just as they were closing and they gladly served me. I and other customers have been turned away by competitors at deli closing time.
There isn't enough space for me to list all the positive experiences I had had at our south glens falls store. The employees always go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. Even during there recent remodel the store remained clean and organized, and the employees didn't let the remodel effect there quality of service. I will always shop at this hannaford, I'm there at least 4 or 5 times per week. Thank you ......
Hannaford is a decent supermarket. I happen to luke Price Chopper so much better for produce and meats, but it will suffice if you need something quick.
